Deposit & Late Cancellation Policy

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, but we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We send text and/or email reminders in advance, so please make sure we have your correct contact details.

A £10 deposit may be asked for at the time of booking. For appointments longer than 1hr a £50 deposit is required. This deposit is non refundable if 48hrs notice has not been given. 

Please note, online and telephone bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Bookings without deposits will only be held for 48hrs.

For appointments booked online or over the phone you will be sent a deposit request from your stylist by email or text. 

The deposit will be documented on your electronic client file and the amount will be deducted from your bill at the end of your service. 

If you wish to rearrange an appointment before the before the 48hr cut off, your deposit can be transferred with your appointment. Rearrangement within the 48hr cut off will result in a new booking with a new deposit. Please feel free to speak to any of the stylists if you have questions regarding this matter.
